We made our first Tootsie Rolls

Today we (Susanna and Alyssa) are eating the batter of our Tootsie Rolls. It is sticking to us but we are licking it off. The batter is very yummy. We made it with corn syrup, which is very sticky, and butter, and chocolate powder. We made it ourselves in the mixer. The batter is in the refrigerator waiting to be turned into Tootsie Rolls. After it's ready, we want to go to our grandma's house and share them.

Before we go to our grandma's house my mom will take a nap. Then when she wakes up we will go to my grandma's house. The Tootsie Rolls will be cold enough to eat and not be sticky. We hope they won't be sticky!
